Individual Meetings The psychology service for students offers counseling and support for –study skills and learning –motivation –self-regulation, e.g. time management –coping with stress You can book an appointment by e-mail 1-5 appointments (45 minutes each) Service is available at Otaniemi, Töölö and Arabia campus

3. Individual Meetings During individual appointments your development needs are collaboratively evaluated. New patterns of thinking and behavior may be discovered and problem solving skills improved Your conversation with the psychologist will always remain confidential Free of charge for students of the university Note that mental health services are provided by Finnish Student Health Services (YTHS) and career counseling is provided by career psychologist Seija Leppänen

4. Workshops We offer workshops on different themes, eg. self- knowledge, social anxiety, mindfulness Usually 3-6 sessions per workshop Small groups, 10-15 participants Workshops in English in autumn 2015: –Wake up with mindfulness: every Thursday morning 9.15-9.45 in Otaniemi, no need to sign up – just show up –Mindfulness in University Life: what is mindfulness and how to use the skills in different kind of situtions, 5 sessions in November in Töölö, sign up by e-mail
