2. Prior to transition  Print current prep sheets for first two weeks after transition  We will be able to create a prep sheet for you after we have one full week of sales

3. Current prep sheet  Compare Average Daily Menu Mix  Consider Sales  Calculate par for one day and raise the par 10 or 20%  One day finished, move to next day- same item

4.  Do it again  And again.  And again..  And again…

5. After a few thousand calculations you have a prep sheet

6. WELCOME TO AAG Wouldn’t it be nice to just change p-mix of an item and the pars would calculate themselves?

7. Access the Prep Sheet by hitting the start button, navigate to Internet Explorer and select AAG Prep Sheets

8. Log In  Log on ID –PREP19XX  Password –19XX PREP   Or the GM AAG On line Password

9. Many Tabs To Choose  Go to the weekly sales tab

10. Toggle to different weeks

11. Enter Sales forecast, choose which weeks p-mix to import and hit save

12. Enter forecast for all 3 weeks Forecast additional Weeks

13. Your prep sheet is based on the historical sales and P-Mix from the weeks you select. If you remove the check mark, your prep sheet will not include sales or P-Mix from that week.

14. Why would you exclude a week?  Different campaign  Holiday week –Did the menu mix seem that same? –Was this your normal customer? –Was the only difference sales volume  Were you open for all meal periods?

15. Your AAG prep sheet will be available on 10-25  Enter sales forecast for weekending –10-31 –11-7 –11-14

16. Double check p-mix

17. Done!
