2 Mission Statement The Energy Council is an association of companies dedicated to safe, reliable and efficient energy service. Our mission is to develop and provide programs and services that advance the knowledge of our members.

11 Power Utility Institute Captures expertise specific to electric utility engineering and establish a sustainable resource of high caliber educational programming. PUI Courses are designed and instructed by skilled power utility engineers.

12 PUI Value Proposition: Instructors incorporate experiences and applications into the course material. Courses include exercises and homework which provide an opportunity to apply the concepts. Courses are cost-effective and regional. Leverage pockets of expertise across the region and create a resource for all to use.
