These data remain property of the state of origin and as such are subject to certain conditions. In a general sense, users of this site agree that. Data will not be disaggregated to show the specific origin of the data point (see Section 10). Data will not be allowed for use beyond this site for any publication without permission of the data owners (see Sections 7 and 8).
