A warrior in transition (WT) is a Soldier: assigned to a Medical Hold (MH) company, assigned to a Medical Holdover (MHO) company, in Active Duty Medical Extension (ADME) status, going through a Medical Evaluation Board (MEB), requiring complex medical care for > six months.
