3 Group 2: specific phobias task Jess has an extreme fear of cotton wool, whenever she sees it she breaks into a cold sweat and her heart starts racing, however, she doesn’t let it interfere with her job as a nurse. (i) Decide using the information above what type of phobia Jess has, if any, justify your reasoning.

Tom has decided he will no longer go to parties and skips classes where he knows he might be asked questions TASK: explain Sue and Tom’s situations in the context of the information you have about social phobias.
