2. Key Points regarding Comprehensive Data Migrations
Critical that the client document all necessary data that are expected to be viewed and/or necessary data to drive business process (in the current state environment).
In instances where data migrations are from a 3rd party legacy billing system, H2O can pull data that is articulated by the client
Data fields that are necessary to drive business process are the responsibility of the client to articulate
In cases where data requirements are provided after the scoping is complete, the following matrix will apply:
