6 Key findings Access to technology – mobile phone SMS highest (100%), internet- connected computer mid (95%), internet-enabled smartphone lowest (73%) Willingness to use technology – mobile phone SMS lowest (78%), internet- connected computer highest (93%)

7 Key findings Blend is best – 67% of respondents thought a combination of online and face-to-face was best for their organization Online networks and forums – 45% had contributed to forum to share or seek information. Those who hadn’t did now know how, where and why to do so (rather than not wanting to)
