6 UNCLASSIFIED Korea Navy Logistics Logistics Circumstance Evaluation Need to prepare for stand alone logistic supportability before the transfer of wartime operational control. Logistics system in private sector is rapidly improving with IT based infrastructure. It’s going to be more difficult to secure a national defense budget. There is a lot of outside pressure to reform waste and inefficiency in defense management. Using private sector material and service is required.
