3 Product Description JT is a certification which helps in identifying talent through a standardized testing process. We are providing Jobseeker’s from all universities an opportunity to prove their talent. The JobTest (JT) assesses the potential of candidates through a standardized measure, regardless of the university tier ranking. All final year students and alumni, who are looking for a job, or want to promote themselves in their related industry, are eligible to take the test.

5 Promotion Strategy: Facebook Organic activities : Regular updates about the job opportunities in various sectors. Describe the importance of Person-job fit. Affiliate links to different opportunities of live project and internships. Updates on Do’s and Don’ts in an interview. Describing the role of different profiles in the market to attract freshers. Promotion of FB page in Different groups by giving a part of post and linking it to the Fb page of the company. Links of youtube videos interviews for different profiles. Using insights to post at an appropriate time in the page. Jobtest as in individual profile to be a part of various groups related to the business. Use of Infographic to attract attention.

6 Paid activities : Budget = 2000 INR Boost Post : Posts in the page which has reach of more than 500, will use this feature. Boost post will be of Rs. 100, which will give an additional reach of 600-800 to the selected target audience. Use of CPM for fb banners, which will give further visibility to the page with a budget of Rs.50/ day, and promoting the banner every alternate day.

7 Email Marketing A budget of Rs. 1400 will be allotted to E-mail marketing. This will provide a credit of 20,000 mails to different target audience based on the description on 30 days. A mailer giving details about the benefits of Jobtest will be sent to both jobseekers and HR managers.

8 LinkedIn Organic: LinkedIn profile for jobtest as an individual Participation in various groups and forum and solving queries to create awareness about jobtest. Promoting skills of different individuals as per observation, which will provide more visibility Paid : Using CPM method of payment for banners which will require a payment of Rs. 120 for 1000 impressions.

9 Quora One of the recent portal to shoot your queries. Actively participating in different queries in Quora to build an image for jobtest.
