Guilt: make (someone) feel guilty, especially in order to induce them to do something Fear: be afraid of (someone or something) as likely to be dangerous, painful, or threatening.

Logos- appeal to logicEdwards is telling his audience the logical thing to do is to change their hearts. He tells the audience that they will be sent to fiery pits at any moment if they do not undergo this personal conversion. The logical thing to do is to avoid hell and instead have faith in God.
