1 Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs e-Ration Card  Launched on 27.3.2015.  Beneficiaries can print e-Ration card from any place.  1.8 lakh beneficiaries availed the facility so far.  Eliminating delays. Point of Sale (PoS) device  Pilot project launched in 42 Fair Price Shops.  Cash memo delivered electronically.  Will help in elimination of pilferages.  Complete roll out in all Fair Price Shops by December 2015.

2 Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Inspections  Various complaints received.  9 Petrol Pumps inspected to check measurement and adulteration.  109 Fair Price Shops inspected for malpractice and diversion.  15,000 liters of Kerosene oil from Anand Parbat area seized and FIR lodged. Market Intervention Cell  Monitoring of Wholesale and Retail prices of essential commodities.  Daily reporting of prices to Chief Minister and Minister-in-Charge.

3 Department of Environment & Forests Greening Plan – 2015-16  Target to plant 14 lakh saplings  Plantation will commence with onset of monsoon.  Involvement of various organizations, Government Departments, Schools, Colleges, Delhi Parks and Garden Society etc. for plantation. Prevention of burning of Leaves/Garbage  Whatsapp number and Facebook account activated.  Strict instructions issued to Municipalities, DDA etc.  All area SDMs involved in inspection and vigilance.

4 Department of Environment & Forests Prevention of Dust Particles at Construction Sites  Notices issued to 172 major construction sites.  Directed to take all necessary precautions at sites and also during transportation.  Inspections to be carried out by SDMs and DPCC. Subsidy to e-Rickshaw  As one of the steps to prevent air pollution, Government of Delhi is bringing a proposal for grant of subsidy of Rs.15,000/- per e-Rickshaw.
