11 RacWEB Conference, 19-06-200711 INTEROPERABILITY AND INTERCONNECTIVITY WITH EU CUSTOMS SYSTEMS In the moment of accession in the EU, the ICT must meet all prerequisites related to the interoperability and interconnectivity with the EU IT systems and at the same time must ensure collection of all national and EU duties while not impeding the functionality in the flow of persons and goods.
