The Conference was attended by over 150 delegates including representatives from new projects and representatives from the Programme Monitoring Committee. The conference was opened by Sir Reg Empey MLA, Minister for Employment and Learning and the Keynote speaker was Lenia Samuel Deputy Director General at Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities.
