One: the rise and development of eco- socialism Eco-socialism appeared in the 20th century following the green movement in West in 1970s, becoming a remarkable left-wing ethos 1990s. Eco-socialism,as a thought of combination between the new social movements and socialism in contemporary Western, is the future social theory trying to maintain ecological balance to meet new needs as the goal of harmonious development to find a road leading to the reality of eco-socialism.

Contradictions of contemporary capitalism led to the development of the global economic crisis. On the one hand, global capitalism predatory exploitation of natural resources created shortage of renewable resources and depletion.
