4 Solar Projects Five completed projects before HB 57 Observatory Roof* 6kW Science Center 21kW Facilities Roof 100kW Parking Deck 93kw Soccer/Tennis Court 19kW TOTAL: 239kW * Funded by college’s Green Revolving Fund

5 Solar Investor Model 4 projects are investor financed – Renewable energy credits (RECs) held by college – Investors receive all tax credits & accelerated depreciation – Guaranteed cash flow from GPASI – College anticipates eventual ownership
