T-MUX module –multiplexing + transducer module (RBFE), has single channel transducer ASIC –sensor excitation and raw signal conditioning for 8/16 sensors –ASIC : has current source (1/10/100 A), diff. amplifier, Vref (2.5 V), control logic, provides diff. voltage (0-2.5 V) output signal –Sensor excitation via DC current, 1 or 10 A –ASIC : developed for LHC cryogenics control, designed and tested for use in radiation environment issue of radiation hard MUXs investigated at the moment –Two technicians from Protvino have work together with LHC-ACR group on development of this T-MUX module –currently under test in ETH lab To be defined : –exact sensor location and fixation –installation sequence
