7. Education Continually collect, update, and disseminate information about Internet- based activities and revenue agencies needs –Needs, Challenges, Support, Standards Members-only area on NACTP Web site for dissemination of information –State access –Industry access

8. Recommendation Link to all approved software companies providing Internet related tax preparation and e-file services –Following the existing e-file model of working with all approved e-file vendors

9. Goal Work with revenue agencies to help define and set standards –For new or existing customer service features –Other value-added features or services –Available to taxpayers or tax preparers –Using standards complementary to e-file
