Category II approaches are not approved. VOR approaches must not be conducted in the NAV mode of the flight director. Use the APPR mode, or manually track the approach course using the HDG mode. This limit applies to both flight director only and autopilot coupled operation. Autopilot coupled operation is prohibited during any portion of a VOR approach in which the VOR is located behind the airplane by more than 15 miles, unless the HDG mode of the flight director is being used to manually track the approach course. It is prohibited to display the non-coupled side Flight Director unless the coupled side Flight Director is being displayed. Failure to adhere to this limit will result in incorrect Flight Director guidance. Use of the coupled side Flight Director by itself will operate correctly. CJ3 The pilot’s PFD, copilot’s PFD and MFD must be installed and operational in the normal mode for takeoff. The FCS-3000 system must be verified to be operational by a satisfactory automatic preflight test (no messages on power up) prior to each flight in which the autopilot is to be used. CJ4 Taxiing the airplane is prohibited until all AHRS ground alignment is completed. Do not override the autopilot in pitch during normal operation. Use of the autopilot is prohibited if primary elevator trim is inoperative. VOR approaches conducted without DME must be intercepted greater than 6 nautical miles from the VOR. When conducting an approach that utilizes a localizer (ILS, LOC, LOC-BC, LDA, SDF), the approach mode (APPR) must not be selected until the course deviation indicator (CDI) has clearly moved away from a full scale deflection and the aircraft is within the published service volume for the approach. An SPR access panel, just forward of the right wing on the fairing below the fuselage, provides access to the refuel/defuel adapter. Prior to refueling, a test of the automatic high level shutoff system must be performed using a precheck system. Perform the precheck procedure by: Raising (opening) the precheck lever of the wing(s) to be refueled. Provide refuel pressure (10-55 psi) to the system to precheck the auto-shutoff function. The fuel flow should stop. Place the lever back down (closed) and allow the wing(s) to refuel watching for evidence of any overboard spillage at the wing tank vent scoop or wing pressure tank relief valve. Shut down refuel flow after automatic shutdown or upon evidence of overboard spillage. CJ3 CJ2+ Systems

PYLON BLEED LEAK L-R Indicates bleed air sensors have detected a leak around the environmental air supply or wing anti-ice air supply systems in the pylons. The associated environmental system control module will automatically close both valves on the affected side. If both L and R messages are displayed, complete the procedure for the L message first, and then repeat the procedure for the R message. TAILCONE BLEED LEAK L-R Indicates high air temperature in tailcone. WING BLEED LEAK L-R Indicates high temperature air near the wing anti-ice air supply lines in the tailcone or wing fairing. Both wing anti-ice valves close automatically. BLEED AIR MONITOR FAIL L-R Indicates loss of bleed air temperature monitoring capability. All bleed air systems (ECS and Anti-Ice) continue to function. Undertemperature or overtemperature conditions for the bleed air systems (ECS and Anti-Ice) and tail deice system failures on the affected side will not be displayed. Failure of both sides will result in loss of cabin altitude indications, however CABIN ALTITUDE warning will still function normally. CJ3 CJ2+ Systems
