2 The green tea is that one kind distributed the leaf tea bluly and greenly, took distributing the leaf tea away to steam in the past, in order to remove bitter flavor, change into with fry now (go through cases of yuans of bright three generations). What can green tea help us ? Green tea can help us by losing wight,can also help us get out of poison.

3 Black tea The black tea is the fermented tea, the tea is not through completing the process, so the plain a part of a kind of red tea of catalysis can be dissolved in water, wash after steeping taking shape getting red, another part is it on water, accumulate another tea block become red on tea stretch to dissolve, can call the congou.

4 Oolong tea Oolong tea can call blue and green tea, half ferment, originate in Sha County of Fujian, is made to Lu HuaShan in the county, because shroud clouds year in year out, if the ones that hope are twined by the dark snake, called ' the dark dragon ', the sweet musical sound of bad smell of some tea produced of mountain area is moist, named ' the oolong tea '. Tea can also reduce your stress level,and also tea can help us to focus.

10 How to make a good cup of Chinese tea  Pour in some fresh water from your preferred source.  Place the kettle on the stove get the heat going.

11 While the water is boiling, prepare the rest of the gear. 1. a teapot 2. a cup 3. a strainer 4. a teaspoon 5. Tea leaves

12  You need to measure out a heaping teaspoon of tea and put it in the strainer holder. The teaspoon holds properly the right amount of tea for a cup of tea.

13  Next, you need to warm up your teapot. You want to make sure that the hot water used to brew your tea stays hot. To ensure this, you want to warm up the teapot with a little hot water before you begin to brew.

14  Just swish it around the teapot for a few seconds and then dump it out. The teapot should feel warm.

15  Now pour in the hot water. About a cup more that you are going to drink

16  Now you are ready to put the tea in the pot. Just dump it in.

17  The tea is now steeping in the pot. Let it steeped for about a minute. Too long, and the tea will be quite bitter.

18  Use a small strainer to catch the tea leaves before they enter your cup.

19  The cooking is complete. You have successful made a cup of tea.
