National Qualifications National Qualifications at the end of S4 in 2014- 15 in chosen subjects Courses divided into units Each unit internally assessed as ‘Pass’ or ‘Fail’ Level of presentation will depend on achievement in course units Can resit a unit test but if you fail again we need to reconsider your level National 5 has an external examination

16. Session 2014/15 “Appeals” process will be replaced by “Results Services” Candidates can be considered for “Exceptional Circumstances” – evidence sent away pre certification. Post Result Services = Clerical check or Marking Review Only the school can request result services.
