2. 2 MinPlan  All students studying for a degree at Åbo Akademi University must create an individual study plan  MinPlan (“MyPlan”): a web-based tool used in the study planning process e.g. for creating individual study plans  MinPlan available in English (95%)

4. MinPlan log in – NB! Requires that you have  a user account to the ÅAU IT-resources  paid your Student Union fee for the academic year  registered as a student at the Student Office  the Student Office has entered your data into the Study Register (STURE)  Next day: possible to log into MinPlan 4

5. 5 MinPlanincludes  Individual study plan  Notice board/Information  Course registration  Examination registration  Study guide (degree structure, course information)

6.  You create your study plan in the folder My study plan – click [New] 6

7. 7 MinPlan – study plan  Individual study plan includes o Plan and structure of own degree Compulsory courses Optional courses o Courses to be completed (scheduling) Per term, per year o Completed courses Updated automatically in the study plan  Alternative study plans can be drafted  Study plans can always be edited during academic year

8. 8 Review and approval of study plan  Formal approval of study plan (Term enrollment) Study plan for the next academic year has to be drafted and sent in for review to your dedicated teacher (teacher tutor) within May, and approved in the summer  Informal approval During the academic year Receive feedback about the plan from dedicated teacher (or student tutor) Follow instructions given to you by your program or department!
