2. Welcome and Hello! Liana McKissic Bruce Miller We will be your child’s math teachers for Algebra I. I will be your child’s Analytic Geometry Support teacher. We are looking forward to working with you this year and assisting your child with moving from “Good to Great”, the Sandy Creek way!

3. A Little About Mrs. McKissic... I am originally from Detroit, MI where I graduated from Western Michigan University. I moved to Georgia and began teaching right away. I went on to receive my Masters in Integrating Technology in the Classroom from Walden University. I have been teaching math for 7 years and this will be my first year at Sandy Creek High School. I am married with three children. My hobbies are traveling, dancing, and Zumba!

Tests 40% Final Exam/EOCT 20% Quizzes 20% Culminating Activities/Benchmarks 15% Daily Work 5% **This is a college preparatory course in which you will be required to take an End of Course Test. The Milestone score is placed on your transcript and counts as 20% of your second semester grade.**
