1. Section 1 of the Human Rights Code is amended by adding “gender identity, gender expression” after “sexual orientation”. Human Rights Code, section 1, Before: 1. Every person has a right to equal treatment with respect to services, goods and facilities, without discrimination because of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, family status or disability. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, s. 1; 1999, c. 6, s. 28 (1); 2001, c. 32, s. 27 (1); 2005, c. 5, s. 32 (1). After 1. To compile the RSC 1985, the Statute Review Commission: 1. Started with RSC 1970. 2. Removed all acts that had been repealed. 3. Removed all sections that had been repealed. 4. Inserted all new substantive acts that had been enacted. 5. Organized the set in alphabetical order by statute title, and assigned a chapter number to each statute. 6.
