Sufficient information to make informed decisions Education on basic AIESEC knowledge and exchange policies Participation in Review Board (RB) Complete and sign all documentation Fulfill the necessary qualification Pay the necessary fees Complete preparation Provide accurate and necessary information

8 Acceptance Policies Rights Responsibilities
An Acceptance is official when Accepted through myaiesecn.et Manual match where both sign the official Acceptance Note An Acceptance is valid for 10 consecutive days For 10 consecutive days You have the right to response about suitability If You reject after acceptation, searching for an internship through AIESEC is no longer allowed Do only accept TNs in which You would like to participate and for which you can guarantee availability Valid official Acceptance Note Follow all selection requirements of a TN form, while acceptance is valid, within reasonable limits

within 2 weeks: the right to receive all documentation for visa/ work permit (from hosting entity) Hosting entity covers all costs for required documentation within 1 week: send update on passport application to hosting entity review visa/ work permit regulations of host country and inform Yourself about general legal and living conditions within 2 weeks after reception of documentation: submit visa application cover visa costs

The intern breaks You haven’t received the documents within 2 weeks You couldn’t deliver the documents Emergency in the family (proof) No official working/ living permit Danger, discrimination or harassment TN differs from description/ does not provide basic work conditions No payment for 2 consecutive months Falsified information Intern breaks law The labor law of the host country allows an early end The organization breaks

Provide Basic AIESEC Knowledge Intern Goal-Setting Culture Shock Preparation Training on the Exchange Program Policies Send Link to Reception Wiki Provide Visa Assistance in accordance with policy Provide relevant visa and labor law information Urge EP to purchase health/ travel insurance Send key contact information/ address Send key information on TN’s expectations Keep an updated reception wiki Recommended Arrival pickup and bringing the EP to the first day of work

Raise the issue with the relevant party Organization/ AIESEC is unsatisfied with Intern Respond quickly, take on a solution-oriented attitude The dispute resolution mechanism 1. Internal Level: Inform the relevant party and solve privately 2. Local Level: Inform the Sending Entity 3. National Level: MC is informed 4. No agreement within 2 weeks: International Control Board
