Proposal Use this simple use case to identify issues that still prevent building value-added applications on top of INSPIRE, e.g.  Metadata (why are some data sets not available in the geoportal?)  Provision of nationally harmonized data sets  Network services vs. (simple) APIs  Access control mechanisms (special access for specific applications)  … Questions  What is the status of EuroGeonames?  What could be the role of ELF?
