2. What are Bushrangers? During the 1800’s, there were outlaws known as Bushrangers. They were often seen in the bush and small towns. They were especially seen during the gold rush, because gold miners were often robbed by them. Bushrangers often go in small groups so it was easier to attack or rob smaller amount of people. Some bushrangers were heroes to some, but others were known to do crime.
