Grad Breakfast All potential graduates encouraged to attend Buffet style breakfast in the cafeteria Student Services will be gathering information for graduation : Where you are going after graduation, extracurricular involvement, scholarships obtained, how name should be said

Grad Fees $50 each for gown rental Cash to room 2010 Debit/Credit Card office Receipts (tax deductible – grad envelope)

Grad Certificates Confirm spelling of name(s) – Guidance Changes to Ms. Fitzgerald (Guidance)

Grad Clothing Already ordered Some extra items – listen for announcements Hoodies, t-shirts, etc.

Grad Night (May 31) Fun Night for Grads! $5 each Movie Flashlight Tag Scavenger Hunt Group Games Video Games Room Popcorn Slushies Chips, etc. Tickets on sale in lobby at lunch times Listen for announcements!

Grad Rehearsal June 27 th at Exhibition Park

Grad Rehearsal Grads arrive between 12:00 and 12:15 Ceremony begins at 1:00 sharp Grad gowns will be given out Grad lists will be posted on the website and the front doors of SJA by 9:00 A.M on June 27 Non-grads will be called in the morning

Valedictorian Candidates should have: Good academic standing, contribution to school & community and strong public speaking skills Application is a presentation or essay answering: What does it mean to be a 21 st century Graduate from SJA? Panel will create a shortlist from submissions May 28 th essays are due

GRADUATION Thursday June 28 th at Exhibition Park

Graduation Grads arrive between 1 and 1:15 Ceremony begins at 2pm SHARP RETURN GOWNS AFTER CEREMONY $100 billing fee if one goes missing

Graduation You can invite as many guests as possible to Graduation. If you do not attend graduation, diplomas will not be automatically mailed out Those not attending can only pick up their diploma on June 29 th Please inform guidance of relatives with special needs Diplomas will be given to the graduate or Parents only- no friends

Graduation Graduates will receive several items in their grad folder 3 transcripts (1 sealed- do not open). It is the students responsibility to forward to the post-secondary institution Final report card High School Diploma French Immersion Diploma Course Awards (if applicable)
