2  Pass all of your current classes.  Pass all 22 required credits and pass AIMS.  Avoid potential loss of credit due to attendance issues.  Avoid inappropriate behavior, pranks or actions that will prevent you from walking with your class.

3  Tuesday, May 6th, 2014 from 6-8 pm in the Auditorium  Invitations will be given to students who will be recognized.  To recognize scholarship & departmental award winners  Parents/Guardians and Family are welcome to attend  All seniors should attend to support and recognize their fellow Classmates  Meet your award donors in person  Practice will be on May 5 th during 3 rd hour (invites only)

4  Thursday May 15, 2014 ~4 th /5 th, 6 th, and 7 th Hour Finals (1 st, 2 nd & 3 rd Hour Class Regular Schedule) (Full Day of School)  Friday May 16, 2014 ~ 1 st, 2 nd & 3 rd Hour Finals  12:15pm- Mandatory Senior Meeting (Full Day Of School)

5  All books need to be returned and student fees must be paid by the end of the school day on May 16th, 2014.  If you have questions, please go to Ms. Rico in the Book Store.  Senior Checkout Sheets will be handed out on May 9 th during 3 rd hour. The sheets need to be completed and turned in turn to counseling by 12:00pm on 5/16

6 Any outstanding credits due to the Registrar by May 14th, 2014

7  May 19 th, 2014 – Graduation Breakfast/Practice  Breakfast (Dysart H.S. Cafeteria) 7:30-8:15am  Line-up Practice (Gym and Football Field) 8:20-10:45 MANDATORY  Cap and Gown Distribution (New Gym) 10:45  May 20th, 2014 – Graduation 3:30pm- UOP Stadium Students arrive 2:30 pm sharp with Cap & Gown

9  You are required to be at the Mandatory Senior Meeting at 12:15 on May 16 th. You are required to attend Line-up/Practice on May 19th, 2014, at 8:20am.  If you do not attend and participate in the Line- up/practice, you will not be allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.

10  You will receive your Cap and Gown at the end of practice on May 19th, 2014.  Pick up your Cap & Gown at the tables in the New Gym.  Hang up your Cap and Gown and spray with water to get the wrinkles out.

11 May 20th, 2014 at 3:30 pm University of Phoenix Stadium 1 Cardinals Drive Glendale, AZ 85305 Ceremony begins at 3:30 pm (Students arrive at 2:30 pm) ALL parking will be in the West Lot and guests enter Gate #1 Graduates will enter at Gate #2

12  Dysart H.S. Graduation is being held at the UOP Stadium.  Graduates are welcome to invite all family and friends. Doors open at 2:30 pm. Entrance is at Gate #1.

13  Dress, Dress Pants, Blouse, Low-Heel Dress Shoes strongly recommended.  No Spikes, No Athletic Shoes or Flip-Flops (Dress Sandals are permitted)  Beware of hair styles or clips that will not fit under your cap. Hair pins recommended.  Official school medallions, lapel pins and honor cords may be worn with the gown.  No flowers, sashes or additions to gown allowed. Leave your purses in the car.

14  Shirt and Tie, Polo Shirt, Dress Slacks, Khakis, Dress Shoes.  No Athletic Shoes, No Sandals, No Flip-flops.  Official school medallions, lapel pins and honor cords may be worn with the gown.  No other additions allowed.

15  A photographer will be taking photographs at the Graduation Ceremony.  Picture proofs will be mailed to your home for you to consider.

16  Students/parents can purchase a video of the graduation ceremony for $20.00  It will also include the senior video
