4 INTERNAL TEAM OBJECTIVES –Be a resource to our membership on legislative matters –Facilitate grass-roots efforts of our membership in support of the entire legislative / resolutions process….from idea to resolution to bill to policy & law. –Endstate is effective strategic relationships with Iowa Legislative Delegations & Staff, EANGI, and NGAUS in order to promote the professional development and sustainment of the Iowa National Guard through legislative engagement.
