3. First conference after Sendai to set the direction for implementation of the SFDRR in the region. It will provide leadership in the region towards guiding the implementation process. Set the direction of SFDRR implementation in the region through the SFDRR Implementation Plan (developed collaboratively with all countries and partners in the Asia region) for the next 15 years (2015-2030). Convene a ‘Minister’s dialogue’ to consolidate the six AMC DRRs under HFA with ministers from 6 previous host countries and the next host. Setting the modalities for enhancing regional cooperation in DRR. Proposed Interventions

SFDRR Regional Implementation Plan for Asia Endorsed by the countries in the Asia region Stakeholder Commitment Statements Voluntary commitment statements of stakeholder groups towards a ‘shared responsibility’ approach in SFDRR implementation.
