3 RULES It is very important that teachers READ the rules and regulations BEFORE assigning projects to students. Rules, regulations and forms can be found at these websites: http://www.sciserv.org/isef/ http://www.sciserv.org/isef/about/rules_regulations. asp http://www.sciserv.org/isef/document/index.asp

4 OUR BIGGEST PROBLEM DATES Please make sure that signatures and dates are correct. Students cannot begin experimentation before date of adult sponsors approval. Most signatures must be dated before experimentation. Exception is Form 1C—Registered Research Institution—which must be signed and dated after experimentation.

5 FORMS If possible, please have students complete (type) the forms online. http://www.sciserv.org/isef/document/index.asp http://www.sciserv.org/isef/document/index.asp It is an easy process and it makes the forms much easier to read. Forms cannot be saved so students will have to have access to a printer.

6 SIGNATURES All signatures should be signed in BLUE ink. That way we will know which forms are originals and which are duplicates.
