3 Background Rate - $3.50 per user per month Growth – 3,000 in May 2014 – 5,600 in March 2015

4 Lync P3 Dial-in Conferencing – Currently using Voice Over IP (VOIP) – Dial-in enables joining the Lync meeting via the telephone Persistent Chat – This is a “chat room” feature – Conversations remain after the participants have left the conversation – Use Case: shift turnover documentation

5 Lync P3 Lync to Lync Federation – Example: Federate CTS Lync with DOT Lync – Requires some policy decisions Federate with anyone? No Federate with State agencies only? Federate with State, Counties, and cities?

6 Going Forward Dial-in conferencing, Persistent Chat, and Lync to Lync Federation all have cost implications to CTS Persistent Chat and Lync Federation require additional infrastructure Dial-in conferencing has a per minute charge for external participants (not on CTS PBX system). Internal to CTS PBX has no additional charge. Rates work has not yet been completed CTS internal decision to proceed is pending
