Document Naming Avoid using symbols and spaces in file names Symbols include:  !@#$%^&*()-+={[}]|\:”;’.?/ !@#$%^&*()-+={[}]|\:”;’.?/ Provide standard nomenclature:  Last name_first name_assignment name  Ex: smith_j_assignment1.doc If same first and last name, use ASURITE:  Ex: smith_jsmith13_assignment.doc
