Completion of registration within 20 minutes and issuing certificate. Modern record room to trace the records and documents within five minutes Installation and application of 10 softwares Touch Screen facility to trace the file movement and information. All sections of the office including Front Office were under network Notices and information through Voice and Text messages & 6 free Wi-Fi hotspot Salary of employees and honorarium of board members through bank. Survey conducted among people of panchayat and consolidated in Grama Sabha, to improve the system and the infrastructure of the office Delivery of 42 services based on Right to Service Act. Total Quality Management system adopted in Panchayat Office Achieved ISO Certificate.

Plastic shredding unit, rain water harvesting, etc were the suggestions of those Grama Sabha. Widen the campaign ensuring better food, water and environment for the next generation. Pain and paliative-270 bed ridden beneficiaries Doctor ,Nurse weekly house visit Ambulance specially for the project. Medicine and equipments distribution. Sitting by first Friday of every month. Women and children need not go to police station or court to get remedy on their complaints. Since 2010, 214 petitions received out of which 205 had been settled amicably. Grievance redressal mechanism for women and children made easy.

State best Bio-Diversity Management Committee Award Arogya Puraskaram Selected as the best Panchayat for the implementation in Pain and Paliative Selected as Model High Tech Green Village and thereby an additional state government aid of Rs. 3 cr. Plastic Waste Management was selected as the district level Model project to present before the State Planning Board. To study the unique initiativeness of the panchayat program resource persons from SIRD and state of Thripura and Jharkhand,Scientist and Technologist under training at IIPA Delhi has visited the panchayat. The Sweeden based International Center for Local Democracy has selected Eraviperoor as the best Local Self Government on its diversity and focus of project implementations and visited the panchayat with its research persons from 11 Nations.
