2 New Regulations laid Monday 22 February 2010 coming into force 06 April 2010 Scope - conventional tower cranes on construction sites

3 Requirements Notify to HSE certain information: crane owner/lessor details; address of construction site; crane identification details; date of thorough examination (t/e); t/e carried out for whom? Details; did t/e reveal defects reportable defects? Trigger for notification – the t/e.
