6 Outcome of Session #73 Per Workplan Prepared draft Certification C L80216-11/0028d0 – [Draft] Certification C Beyond Workplan Prepared LS to ARIB, TTA and the WiMAX Forum concerning second WATO meeting L80216-11/0027 - [LS to WATO] Liaison statement concerning second WATO meeting Updated workplan L80216-11/0026 - IEEE 802.16 ITU-R Liaison Group Workplan Reviewed LS on TV White Space (from IEEE 802 to ITU-R WPs) Reviewed ITU-R Working Document on QoS, and LSs on PPDR and M2M from WP 5A

7 Reviewed the draft LS to ITU-R WPs (L80216- 11_0025) on “Wireless telecommunication standards under development by IEEE 802 containing cognitive radio capabilities for operation in the TV White Space” – We had no comments because this LS just lets ITU-R WPs know the activities of IEEE 802.22,.19,.15 and.11, that are developing standards aimed at operating in an opportunistic manner in the TV White Space. Re LS on TVWS from IEEE to ITU-R WPs

8 Reviewed Working Document of WP 5A on “Quality of Service Requirements and Objectives for Wireless Access Systems” 1) Working document toward a new Recommendation on “Quality of Service Requirements and Objectives for Wireless Access Systems”  We didn’t find an opportunity to contribute. Reviewed LSs from WP 5A on PPDR and WASN 1) Liaison statement to external organizations (PPDR) on the working document towards a preliminary draft new Report ITU-R M.[LMS.PPDR.UHF TECH] (Section 6.3 of Annex 2 to document 5A/601)  No action required as OFDMA TDD WMAN is already included. 2) Liaison statement to external organizations on "Wide-area sensor and/or actuator network (WASN) systems" (Section 6.5 of Annex 2 to document 5A/601)  ITU-R LG would like M2M TG to draw its attention to this topic. M2M TG may be requested to develop a contribution at the July meeting based on an outcome of the next WP 5A meeting. Re WP 5A activities relevant to the WG
