2 Our Team Altaca Energy is an alternative energy company who owns all the intellectual rights of the CatLiq® technology. TUBITAK Marmara Research Center Energy and Environment Institutes conduct the laboratory analyses and support the project as technical consultant in process and equipment design. Bogazici University Chemical and Mechanical Engineering Departments contribute to the project as a consultant in reaction engineering in process in Turkey

~30 minutes Feedstocks All kinds of biomass, wet feedstocks, no drying required, 60 kg/h Chemistry Reactive water, like acetone solvent, deoxygenetion as carbondioxide Products 45% biocrude oil (%w on feedstock, dry basis),25% gas, 20% unconverted carbon, 10% soluble organics in water phase.
