NEW MEMBER INDUCTED At the K-Kids meeting at Mayport Elementary School last week. the students are holding containers they decorated. These containers represent their latest service project. They will be used to hold discarded batteries. The students decorated the cans and will now distribute them to the classrooms throughout the entire school. All students at the school will be encouraged to bring in their old batteries, and place them in the containers so they can later be disposed of properly. Jim Lee thanked those club members who have already secured guest speakers for our weekly meetings and asked them to let him know the speaker's name and date they will attend as soon as possible so that he can get this information sent to various newspapers in the community.
