1. English Devotional Songs Project 2014

2. Sai bhajans are sung in many languages. When we learn & sing them ourselves we connect with God and with each other, experiencing the joy of Oneness. So as a start, we could learn & sing more English bhajans in our Centres and groups in the UK. Purpose?

3. “Let the different faiths exist, let them flourish, let the glory of God be sung in all languages in a variety of tunes. That should be the ideal. Respect the differences between the faiths and recognize them as valid so far as they do not extinguish the flame of unity.” What does Swami Say?

4. To provide easy access to lyrics, tunes & where possible sheet music, so devotees can download or listen & learn Objective To facilitate the singing of more English songs in all Centres & Groups in the UK.

5. Plan To record 15 English bhajans from each Region and offer it as our gratitude during this 89 th year of our Lord’s Advent

6. 1.Individual devotees / Centre Spiritual Co-ordinators to contact Regional Spiritual Co-ordinators with a list of songs they would like to record, plus a list of lead singers & instrumentalists that are willing to participate. The Process

10. The project was piloted in 2013. A few regions have sent in approx. 15 recordings and these will be worked upon soon and made available on the website. Progress – where are we now?
