5 Administrative data analysis - needs Access to the data: – Individual (preferably) or aggregated data? – Available variables

6 Quantitative study Web-survey among mobile students (after he or she finishes the process of academic achievement recognition) – separate survey or questions added to already existing Opinion on the process of academic recognition, especially opinion on administrative burden. Rates of recognised and unrecognised academic achievements (registry-based analysis will show only recognised academic achievement). Issues with recognition of academic achievement. Knowledge of the plug-in. Usage of the plug-in. Opinion on the plug-in.

7 Quantitative study - needs Consent of universities for conducting the survey. If a separate research is conducted than e-mail addresses of students will be needed.

8 Qualitative study In-depth interviews with administrative personnel responsible for recognition of foreign studies – people with broad knowledge of student mobility. 2 series of IDIs – at the begging and at the end of the project: 1.identify needs 2.evaluate policy (impact on student mobility and on administrative burden).
