13. Parent Commitment Per the GOCC Swim Team Handbook, there is a $75.00 FINE for any volunteer that fails to show up and/or find a replacement for their assigned volunteer position. Swimmers will not be able to participate in any GOCC swim team function until the fine is paid in full. This penalty for volunteers who do not fulfill their obligation will be fully ENFORCED.
