Flow Chart

Buffering (steps)  1)Open Arc Toolbox  2)Click on Analysis Tools, than proximity, than buffer  3)Select Input feature (ie: DMTIwerYork)  4) Check linear unit and selects units of measure  5) Click ok

Erase (steps)  1) Open Arc Toolbox  2)Analysis Tools  3) Overlay  4) Erase  5) Fill in input feature (ie: York Region)  6) Erase features (ie: Wetland Buffer)  7) Click ok

Site Selection -Georgina Island seems like a suitable place as it has all the requirements from a flat slope to an open area but as it is an island and to reach the island one needs a boat, it is not the most ideal place for a cemetery

Possible Locations

Keele st and Lloydtown Aurora

Weston Rd and 16 th Side Road

Conclusion  -all the white scattered locations show viable sites for a cemetery but we chose those two in particular because there were fairly distant from the CBD  -also the two sites were in rural areas with flat land which seem to be in areas where development has yet to happen and perhaps might not take place  Cemeteries don’t always have to follow constraints
