Asperger Syndrome (AS) Unlike the severe withdrawal from the rest of the world that is characteristic of autism, children with Asperger syndrome are isolated because of their poor social skills and narrow interests. What specific job/educational tasks are problematic as a result of these limitations? What accommodations are available to reduce or eliminate these problems?
