Now that we have looked over the data, had time to reflect, and discuss, we can not effectively see what it is we need to focus on as a school and as an individual teacher for professional development. Data is not meant to be punitive. It is meant to be used as a reflective tool in order to improve out instructional practices. As professionals it is our job to effective teachers and seek appropriate professional development when needed, in order to be an effective teacher. Conclusion
