2 SM 2 Thomson Strategic Alliance  Strategic investment in UNext to explore a range of mutually advantageous relationships involving distribution, content and technology for online education and training courses  Will assist in the distribution of UNext courses  May provide content for online courses intended for the medical, legal, and financial communities  Expects to license UNext’s learning administration systems and technology platforms to Thomson  Will work closely with UNext (through its Learning market group) to pursue joint venture opportunities and strategic alliances
