In the Dorms  Must have an adult in the dorms if students are present, with a minimum ratio of 1:20.  No climbing or standing on bunks.  No running, and no bunk tag.  Encourage the students to play quiet games, card games, or read quietly. (Good Luck).

Dorm Duties  Create a routine for the students of picking up after themselves.  Bathrooms and student personal spaces should be picked up every morning and evening before meals and activities.  Create a shower schedule. Mornings/Afternoons.  If your students are ready for the next activity, you may take small groups outside to supervise an activity.  Game balls are available in the Owl’s Nest.

Meal Times  There are two meal times, Early and Late.  Don’t send your students down until 5 minutes before, at the earliest.  Quiet groups enter the cafeteria first.  Supervise student behavior while in the Cafeteria.  Spread yourselves around, (as it thins out, you can congregate).  Classroom Teachers will be outside to supervise finished diners, so enjoy your meals.

Rodeo Beach Beach Rules  You may take small groups of students down to the beach (1:10)  No student may enter the waterline, no wet sand—no wet feet.  Sunsets will be between 4:55 PM and 5 PM

Day Hikes  Be sure your groups are prepared for the day  Students should be dressed in layers.  Hikes are not strenuous.  They are less than 5 miles in total, and take 3-4 hours to complete.

Departing Camp  Friday morning will be busy.  Students must pack their gear and bring them out to the volley ball court field again.  Please have them stack by colored group again.  Groups will have one last wrap up activity/hike.  We’ll load luggage onto the busses by color group, color groups can then load onto the busses.  We plan to depart by 1 PM.
