14 CanDo Statements A CanDo statement is a task or activity that is chosen for a particular level and skill. You will self- assess your learning. A1 Speaking- I can introduce myself.

15 Sentence Strips will be posted where you can see them. This will allow you to see not only what you have accomplished, but what you are learning, and what you will explore in the future. You can see your progress!

17 Reflection Grids are… a way to reflect on the Can Do statements and record the activities you have completed.

20 Biography and Passport  Biography: This is a record of your language and cultural experiences.  Passport: This is a snapshot of your self-assessed proficiency in different languages at a given point in time.

21 Dossier Personal collection of materials that illustrate and document your language progress and achievement.
