4. Evaluation ensures that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education. Last but certainly not least…

5. What is accountability? When schools and districts are held to high standards for educating children. Accountability is the way we measure their effectiveness --how well they are doing. It also serves as the basis for identifying those schools or districts that may need differentiated support to reach their goals.
