3 Ealing Participation High BUT Follows London pattern of 17+ drop-out and transition - switchers Really low take-up of apprenticeships (about 90 in approx year group of 2800) across age 16-19 Hard-to shift NEET group of around 80-100 young people per year – key disadvantaged groups of young people continue to fail to participate and achieve – RONI system 3
